Corazón Oscuro translates to 'dark heart' in Spanish, celebrating our love for a rich espresso cup. We combine two standout lots from our shareholder farms to maximize natural sweetness and a low-acidity profile:

  • 60% Costa Rica Peaberry (Diego Robelo): Sourced from Aquiares Estate, these unique round beans provide a highly consistent, sweet base.
  • 40% El Salvador Bourbon Washed (Diego Baraona): Cultivated at Los Pirineos, this bourbon selection adds a heavy body and deep notes of caramel.
